We currently collect and process the following information:

All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Emergency contact details

• Contacting you if we need to adjust or change a session or meeting

• To enable us to understand our member base and ensure we are inclusive and open to all

• Occasional email updates

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

• To ensure you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of use

• To understand and take learnings for the local skate community and plan how we can support and develop it further in line with our constitution objectives

We will not share your information with anyone.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your basic information backed up on a secure third party server for 3 years. We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting.

Photography and Filming

At events run and organised by the Make Time Skate Collective (MT:SC) there will on occasion be filming and photography. We will ensure that consent has been provided for any images that are utilised on our owned channels (Instagram, YouTube etc) and/or third party media.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
